The introverted personality of Dr. Christi Monk Andrews pushed her career trajectory through unexpected trials. She was passed over, stuck as an outsider, and succumbed to the negative perceptions of others. “It wasn’t until I received two severance packages that I realized I was being singled out – being treated differently,” she explained. “But in most organizations that is considered the way businesses operate. Little did I know I had been bullied.”
Dr. Christi decided to end the bullying and start a business where every professional is valued, safe, and aligned with their values. “The defining moment came when I resigned from my job, realizing it no longer aligned with the woman I had become,” she said. Today, she trains women to use their core value system to become more influential, effective, confident, and productive contributors in the workplace and their communities.
