She began her career in law before moving into psychotherapy, where she found joy in helping clients navigate life’s toughest seasons. But over time, she realized that while healing was powerful, her true calling was guiding people into what comes next.
“I loved therapy, but what really excited me was the ‘after,’” Adrienne reflects. “Once we uncover the root of the problem, how do we create a plan to live successfully beyond it? That’s where I found my purpose—and where coaching became my calling.”
That clarity led her to found Empowered for Success, a goal attainment consultancy and coaching firm dedicated to equipping leaders and organizations with the tools to plan strategically, lead authentically, and thrive mentally.

Adrienne admits that one of her biggest challenges has been narrowing her focus. With a background in operations, she’s used to managing everything—and letting go hasn’t been easy.
“I want to help everyone, in every way,” she laughs. “But I’ve learned that focusing deeply in one space creates far greater impact.”
