Janet Bernstein, Chief Glow Strategist and founder of Let Her Glow, is on a mission to help women reclaim their voice, visibility, and confidence. After years in corporate leadership, Janet witnessed firsthand how workplaces often reward overworking and perfectionism—especially for women. “Women tend to get celebrated for being ‘reliable’… right up until they’re depleted,” she shares. Refusing to accept exhaustion as the price of success, Janet launched Let Her Glow to offer a new path: one where women can build powerful, sustainable brands and legacies without burning out.
Through her work in visibility, speaking, book writing, and publishing, Janet guides women through major life shifts—burnout, confidence collapse, identity changes, and starting over. “People think I’m ‘just’ helping with branding and publishing, but I’m often walking with women through major life shifts. It’s sacred work, but it’s also heavy sometimes,” she says. Yet, the reward is profound: “Watching them go from invisible to influential, from stuck to seen, is the greatest reward. Especially when they realize the goal isn’t to become someone new… it’s to come home to themselves.”
Janet’s advice for women is clear: “Trust yourself before you trust the timeline.” She encourages women to honor the nudge to create, speak, and lead, reminding them that their desires are not random—they’re information. “Don’t let your burnout become your personality. You’re not here to be endlessly productive. You’re here to be impactful.”
Looking ahead, Janet is expanding her keynotes, corporate training, and publishing house, with a vision to help more women turn their lived experiences into books, platforms, and purpose-driven businesses. Her bigger goal is legacy: “creating a movement where women stop shrinking and start owning their voice, visibility, and impact, at every stage of life.”
Janet credits IAW (International Association of Women) as a major influence in her journey, providing a community where women are encouraged to be bold, be seen, and build something real—without apology. “IAW reminds me that we don’t have to do business alone, and we don’t have to earn our worth through exhaustion. It’s a space where women are supported, celebrated, and challenged to rise.”
Her advice to fellow IAW members? “Fully show up. Don’t just attend, participate. Introduce yourself before you feel ready, ask questions, and build real relationships beyond business cards. The magic happens when you allow yourself to be seen, supported, and stretched.”
Janet’s story is a powerful reminder that success doesn’t require self-sacrifice. “You were not created to be consumed by your success. You were created to be seen, heard, and significant.” Through Let Her Glow, Janet is helping women transform their stories into legacies, proving that you don’t need a massive platform to make a massive impact—just the courage to start.
