For Magan Avila, success isn’t about having it all—it’s about being aligned with what truly matters.
As a speaker, author, and mindset coach, Magan helps women bridge the gap between ambition and authenticity. Through her workshops, coaching, and upcoming book, she guides women to build lives and businesses that feel grounded, sustainable, and deeply aligned with who they are—without sacrificing their peace, families, or sense of self in the process.
“I didn’t enter this space because my life was perfectly aligned,” Magan says. “I entered it because it wasn’t. I hit burnout while trying to be everything to everyone—and I learned the hard way that success means nothing if you lose yourself along the way.”
Now, she’s made it her mission to help other women find balance between motherhood and ambition, achievement and rest, leadership and grace.
From Burnout to Breakthrough
Magan’s story began in the chaos of doing it all—running businesses, raising little ones, and trying to live up to every expectation. But behind the outward success, she was exhausted and disconnected from herself.
That season of burnout became the turning point that changed everything.
“I realized I had been chasing achievement, not alignment,” she shares. “Once I slowed down and began making decisions from a place of peace instead of pressure, everything shifted. My joy came back. My purpose became clearer. And I knew I had to help other women do the same.”
Through her coaching and speaking work, Magan now teaches women how to navigate growth without guilt and build lives anchored in values, not velocity. Her approach blends mindset and identity development with practical strategies for sustainable success—helping women create impact without losing their center.
The Power of Alignment
At the heart of Magan’s message is one simple truth: alignment will take you farther than hustle ever could.
“You don’t need to become someone else to be successful,” she reminds her clients. “You just need to honor the strengths, values, and calling that are already within you. Choose alignment over pressure, purpose over performance, and authenticity over expectation.”
Magan believes that when women lead from alignment, everything changes—their confidence grows, their relationships flourish, and their work becomes more fulfilling.
“The transformation isn’t just professional,” she says. “When a woman reconnects with herself, it ripples into her family, her community, and her legacy.”
Mentorship, Faith, and the Power of Community
A pivotal figure in Magan’s journey has been Suzanne Castle, the mentor who helped her see burnout for what it truly was: misalignment.
“Suzanne helped me realize that success without peace isn’t success at all,” Magan shares. “She poured into me, challenged me, and helped me find clarity and confidence again. She’s also the one who brought me into IAW, which has been such a blessing.”
That introduction to the International Association of Women (IAW) became a defining chapter in Magan’s story.
“IAW gave me something invaluable—community,” she says. “It’s a place where women don’t have to choose between being strong and being soft, between leadership and learning. It’s where we rise together.”
Leading with Purpose
Looking ahead, Magan is preparing to publish her first book, a guide to living and leading from alignment. She’s also expanding her reach as a speaker, creating spaces for women to rediscover their confidence, reconnect with their purpose, and build lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.
“My ultimate goal is to build a lasting legacy of purpose, presence, and impact—at home and in my work,” she says. “I’m following wherever God continues to lead me, trusting that alignment will always bring me exactly where I’m meant to be.”
