“The demand for resources, guidance, and expertise—particularly from diverse and immigrant communities—was undeniable,” she shares. “I saw people with immense potential who simply needed the right tools and support to turn their passion into action.”
This realization led to the creation of AKAEVA Consulting, a platform that helps leaders strategically build sustainable organizations and drive lasting change in their communities.

Eliz acknowledges that the biggest challenge in her work is the inability to meet every community demand, often due to limited resources or the lack of initial capital to support passionate changemakers.
