On June 14, 2021, Nio’s life changed forever. She suffered two cardiac arrests—an experience that brought everything into focus.
“Life as I knew it disappeared,” she recalls. “That was the day I had a vulnerable conversation with my higher power and asked what my purpose was. Over the months that followed, it all became clear—and I owned my path to purposeful living.”
That awakening became the catalyst for The Queiro Group—a firm designed to help healthcare organizations integrate innovation, AI, and financial excellence without losing the human touch.

Through her work in revenue-cycle consulting, leadership development, and AI human integration, Nio partners with healthcare providers, vendors, payers and entrepreneurs to create systems that put people first.

“What’s most rewarding,” she says, “is seeing a patient who thought they couldn’t afford their treatment discover that help exists—because their provider took the time to partner with them holistically, from finances to care navigation.
