From Corporate Leader to Entrepreneurial Voice

Agata’s journey into entrepreneurship was sparked by an unexpected moment with her young son. One morning, as she rushed him out the door for work, he laughed and said, “Mommy, you don’t work—Daddy does.” That moment struck a chord.

Despite her six-figure career in Sales and Senior IT Project Management, Agata realized that corporate life alone wasn’t building the financial legacy she wanted to leave her children. She couldn’t pass down her job—but she could create a business.

In 2015, Launch My Career was born. And in building her own path, Agata discovered a larger mission: helping other brilliant corporate women package their expertise, share their stories, and step into the spotlight as speakers and coaches.

Building Wealth, Influence, and Confidence

The transition from corporate leader to entrepreneur isn’t always easy. For many women, it requires not only strategy but also a mindset shift. Agata knows the challenges firsthand—doubts, time constraints, and the pressure of balancing roles as a wife, mom, and executive.

But she also knows the rewards: watching women in her programs book their first paid speaking engagement, launch their first course, or hit their first $5K outside of corporate.

She’s especially passionate about serving immigrant women, drawing on her own experience as a Haitian immigrant. One of her future goals is to offer job readiness training on a national scale, ensuring more women and families have access to opportunity.

What’s Next for Agata

By 2026, Agata plans to help 1,000 women successfully transition from corporate to entrepreneurship. She’s expanding her coaching programs, developing CEU-based Executive Presence training, and pursuing corporate contracts to scale her impact.
