- Online networking and support through our website, monthly eChapter meetings and bi-monthly eCoaching platforms, connecting members with one another and professional career and life coaches from within the IAW membership.
- Exclusive jobs boards and resources to identify new opportunities, grow in their current roles and identify talent.
- Professional development, including in-person seminars and unlimited access to more than 1,000 on-demand webinars facilitated by our partners.
- Business and personal services, providing member-only discounts.
IAW Eastern Regional Manager and Atlanta Chapter President Natalie Fikes added, “Attaining a global network will not only prove the power of technology, it will position IAW members to diversify their thinking and connect with the commonalities we as women share.”
In addition to expanding women’s networking, IAW will tackle important work-life integration issues. IAW Western Regional Manager and L.A. Chapter President Ruth Garcia-Corrales stated, “A global expansion provides us unlimited opportunities for business and social networking, along with the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of women from all over the world.”
Excited about the future, Ms. Jones concluded, “With women occupying more and more leadership roles in business, government and society, it is true that women are ‘holding up half the sky.’ We look forward to evolving and holding the sky together, allowing us all to dream, rise and lead.”
