As Inland Empire Chapter President, Rosalie Elliott has been helping women in the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA, region make amazing connections
Working Together
When I took on the role of Inland Empire Chapter President, I was excited about sharing my leadership skills and talents, as well as collaborating and globally networking with other accomplished women.
In the last year, my leadership team and I have worked hard to grow a community of women who are caring for themselves, one another and their communities. Our Chapter provides an amazing opportunity for local women to connect with other like-minded women.
As a Chapter President, my business has grown due to the many connections I have made with other amazing women, within my community and other surrounding Chapters.
Getting Social
Our Chapter is planning a number of upcoming social events. These networking events will allow women to take a day to celebrate their hard work and enhance their relationships with the other women in our Chapter.
On June 27th, Claudia Sheridan, Digital Marketing Strategist and Founder of OAWN, shared her tips for strengthening your personal brand. On July 25th, we discussed how to empower your employees to remain productive while you take some much-needed time off. The theme of our networking event on August 29th is ‘Decluttering your Mind and Finding Joy.’
About Me
While working on my own health, I was introduced to what is now the world’s largest essential oil company (doTERRA). I liked that it was a network marketing company where you could build residual income, I loved the owners and their mission, and I was in love with the quality of their wellness products. Also, it was fun and easy to share the essential oils with others and when others starting getting involved, I realized that I was a natural leader in the company. Today, I am CEO of Designed4More, LLC and a Blue Diamond Wellness Advocate.
I have been with doTERRA for eight years and I get to educate people on the benefits of using the safest, purest, most effective essential oils in the world. With an international team of over 35,000 people, I wear many hats, from leadership skills to training, both on uses of essential oils and how to succeed in our business. Also, I love to teach people how to successfully communicate with themselves and others.
A True People Person
One of my most precious skills is the ability to meet people and make friends easily. I love people and have found that meeting people where they are at in life, and spending the time to get to know them, is truly a skill that I excel at. I believe all people are valuable and kindness matters.
Also, I am very skilled at social media and computers, which has served me well over the years in many aspects of business and in my role as an IAW Chapter President. Being able to post announcements online and promote Chapter events is imperative to our growth. Also, I have used these skills to make flyers, invitations, announcements, and any other marketing or printable items.
Future is Bright
My future goals include helping more people with their wellness and financial goals. Also, to grow the Inland Empire Chapter to include other women who are looking for real connections and friendships.
I am passionate about letting IAW members know that when they are part of a Chapter such as ours, they’ll have the support and resources available so that when life becomes challenging, they have a group of women who they can trust and count on.
